i've only worn these boots for a short time and i'll have to say i'm almost completely pleased,,, Except For..these shoe laces/strings are(i have to be Honest)Not the lace for these boots.they knot up on their own and get twisted on their own somehow and it stays in the lace.it only does it on the top,past the hooks where you tie the bow..and..i wear a 10.5-11 and not to high of an arch and right under the tounge inside the boot just below your arch where the tounge meets the boot,there is something in there that presses down on the top of my foot when i initially put them on and after a half hour of wearing them it usually goes away....Other than that they have been good comfortable boots so far,not to cold weather friendly but they do the job i expected them to do..i work outside only,so i go through boots like haircuts..they beat justin all to heck with their leather,it's much thicker in my oppinion but i have not put a micro-meter on them..for the extra 25 georges,their worth it for an imported boot !!! ps.if they were not as comfortable as they are,i would not give 50 for them..it ain't over till it's over.... Great boot for work or everyday wear. Padded top makes it great for driving, no rub on ankles, non-slip sole works great climbing on running boards.

I use these boots for work. I am a lineworker and they are more than capable for short time frame climbs.They are also great for walking around in. Not so good on loose gravel conditions

Finally had to replace mynold boots and went to but. Boots locally but they didn't have my size, found them online and when I got them, they have become my favorite boot...very comfortable and so far doing good job keeping feet dry and warm in the Montana snow
