I believe I have owned just about every major brand and model of acoustic guitar at one time or another and completely agree that the J-165 EC has the best attributes of each. The playability really opens up new avenues in playing you may not have discovered without such ease of play. I never thought I would find a guitar I liked better than my J-45RW or OMJM but this one proved me wrong and is sure to be a coveted model soon, particularly with the scarcity of quality and legal build materials these days.
