GET OUT KIDS! COUNTRY IS FOR ADULTS!! Feb 10, 1999
By Christopher Rolen (rolenincountry@webtv.net) If you're under 21, you won't understand this album. Heartache, tears, beer, fishing, hunting, and a little two-steppin: THIS ALBUM HAS IT ALL!!!!I had the opportunity to purchase this album early, and I can't take it out of my pick-up!!!! If you love COUNTRY, and not POP-COUNTRY, BUY THIS ALBUM. DO NOT WAIT..............PLEASE.... FOR THE SAKE OF THE GRAND OLE OPRY, BUY MARK CHESNUTT MUSIC!!!!!!!

His best CD yet!!! Jun 04, 1999 This is the best CD Mark Chesnutt has released... My favorite song on the CD is the title track "Don't Wanna Miss A Thing". This version of the song is better than the version done by Aerosmith... A plus to any country collection!
Mainstream Nashville . . . Apr 10, 2006

This 1999 release is a far cry from Mark Chesnutt's more honky-tonk material ("Savin' the Honky Tonk," 2004), but for mainstream Nashville, the guy's got a great voice, and the songs are meant to please modern-country sensibilities. Every one of them is about love, love won, or love lost. It's Tim McGraw-Faith Hill material, especially the first cut, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing."
There's sweet nostalgia in "Tonight I'll Let My Memory Take Me Home" and a touch of Cajun in "Jolie." The guy is totally infatuated in "I'm Gone." And tough love takes a comic turn in "My Way Back Home." Only 10 great songs on this CD (and some are great for dancing), but the price is right. Comes with lyrics and some great publicity shots of the singer.
All time fan from Nesbitt Manitoba Apr 08, 1999 Here is a man that can put out the song's and a set of bun's to put it altogether.I Love all that you do here's to you Mark Chesnutt.keep putting out the song's.
