4good guitar. old strings so buy your own  Jul 21, 2010
ok bought this guitar for use while i am deployed in Guam. it was cheaper that mailing one from home. overall i like the guitar the action is nice and it has a rich and full sound. HOWEVER my big complaint with this purchase is the strings are old. they are discolored and slightly corroded, and had absolutely no break in period during my first session. perhaps it is just me but when i buy a guitar i like it to come with NEW strings. i have never had this happen. even when i bought my other cheapo guitar directly from a guy. he went out and changed the strings for me before he gave it to me.

4nice guitar  Jul 09, 2010
I recieved the guitar fast as advertised and looking good. The width at the nut is alittle tight, made one small truss rod adjustment.Guitar plays well and sounds great.Unbeatable for the price. Thanks for a job well done.

5For the price it's awesome!!  Jun 26, 2010
I've had this guitar for a couple of weeks now and I'm hooked. Most people have noted that the strings need to be changed, there is some type of black corrosion, and some strings seem to have been overstretched at some point - bumps along the string. Other than that the guitar sounds great! It sounds much more expensive than the 90 some odd dollar price tag! Great size with great, loud, and clear sound. Durability doesn't seem to be an issue - but have not crash tested it yet, lol. Seems to stay in tune okay, have only had to make adjustments a few times. Action is medium to medium-low, it's good for really making sure those chord shapes are proper, while not hurting your fingers, or your playing. A few upgrades may have this guitar sounding like a thousand dollar guitar, but for now I'm enjoying the surprising quality and the deal of a lifetime! Definitely would recommend this guitar to someone looking for an inexpensive beginner guitar for a teenager and up - too big for kids, in my opinion. Pretty sure I'll be ranting and raving about this guitar for quite awhile, at least until my playing matures to a more serious, and expensive, investment level!

5OMG!!!!!  May 31, 2010
OMG!!!!!!!!!This guitar is so awesome!!! The texture is smooth and seems very natural. I like the cutaway part, it looks really pro. This guitar, with this price, seems so expensive!!!! and has an expensive guitar quality. You'll be attracted to this appearance! The only little concern I have is that the strings are a little bit too thick, so it hurts a little bit to play. But I can change the strings when it's used to much, so that's not a problem. Besides, playing at thick strings first can train my fingers to play better on other guitars. The sound is very bright and clear, not so clean (maybe it'll be with different strings). I love this guitar!!! Very cheap and high quality!

4Great guitar, Low price  May 22, 2010
I have a lot of fun playing this guitar. I bought some martin strings for it. Other than that, I've played it right out of the box. I did purchase a tusq saddle and nut, as well as some metal pins to replace the plastic ones. I am just waiting for the strings to need to be changed again before I do all that. I will write another review after I do that. The action really isn't bad, but it could be better. Of course, after much reading, I've found that lower priced guitars just aren't factory "set-up". So, Plan on setting up your guitar (or having it set up at a music shop) no matter what cheap guitar you get!! Also, I love the fact that it is not glossy.
