Designed and built under the supervision of Takamine’s head luthiers, G-Series guitars are created to serve all players from the hobbyist to professional. The EG124C classical guitar is a traditional design based on centuries old drawings of Antonio Torres. The spruce top gives a broad range of tone and excellent dynamics. Nato back and sides offer good projection. The neck is standard classical style with a dual action truss rod to keep the guitar playing perfectly in any playing environment. Gloss finish adds durability and enhances the beauty of the guitar. Includes the Takamine under saddle pickup and TP4T preamp with three band EQ and built in tuner.

5"Dreamed" guitar for intermediate guitar players  Feb 08, 2010 By Raul A. Avila C.
I consider myself as an "intermediate" guitar player. I play it most at a church, and at a familiar parties, and home. In those environments ussually you may need a little bit of amplification.-

In my case this guitar is perfect, because you can play whithout ampplifying it, and you'll get a clear and deep sound, or you can amplified it , and it will help you reach people that is away, withouth losing anything soundwise.-

I play mostly with jazz chords, and is a pleasure to perform them effortlessly.-

Recommended, definitely.-
