 Great album Jun 15, 2002
Wow! This is country music at its best! Terri Clark is one of my favorite country singers. I love 'Better Things To Do, When Boy Meets Girl, and Flowers After The Fact.' I like the accent in her voice, too. She is so fun and energetic! I'd recommend this album!

Great music and from the heart ... Oct 12, 1999
This is great music, and from a lady who sings from the heart. she is so down to earth and you can tell when you watch her video's these songs are from real life not just words on paper. That is what makes her singing so wonderful, and she has no shortage of heart. Keep up the great work. Love it .

Treading In Clark's Brand Of Country Jul 28, 2002

Terri Clark's eponymous debut announced her as one of the more promising female artists on the country scene in the mid-nineties, thanks in large part to her distinctive voice and knack for extremely catchy, if sometimes lightweight, material.
That doesn't mean Clark didn't have her lyrical moments here--her opening 'Better Things To Do' showed, at the least, her possession of a slightly clever, humorous streak, and 'If I Were You' showed she was more than capable of handling a first-rate ballad. The one minor downside here is that the majority of the uptempo material has a too-familiar sameness to it that doesn't always allow for immediate distinction. Otherwise, this set remained one of the better debuts of the mid-decade.
